To report a student’s absence, please fill out this form or email covingtonattendance@lasdschools.org.

Please include:

• Student's first and last name
• Teacher name
• Reason for absence and date(s) of absence
• If sick, please specify if your child has a fever, common cold symptoms such as a runny nose or cough, vomiting and/or diarrhea, and or any other communicable/contagious illness which may require follow-up.
